"I am extremely disappointed with State Farm. I have been insured with them since the beginning of the year, paying $103 per month for my car insurance and an additional $12 per month for my home insurance. However, instead of seeing a decrease in my premiums as expected, my situation has worsened. After six months, I was sent a device to install in my car, followed by a $23 bill threatening to terminate my insurance if I did not pay the additional fees. A month later, I received an invoice for $193 with no explanation and yet another device. This lack of transparency and unexpected charges are unacceptable. I do not recommend State Farm based on my recent experience."
